Return and Refund Policy

 

At Arbat Grocery, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our inventory — including perishable foods and specialty items — we do not accept returns on most items. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to make things right if something goes wrong with your order.

1. Perishable Items (Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat, Baked Goods)

Due to food safety regulations and quality control:

  • All sales of perishable items are final.
     
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not stored properly after delivery.
     

If you received a perishable item that is:

  • Damaged
     
  • Spoiled
     
  • Missing from your order
    please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone. Include your order number and a photo of the product(s), and we will assess the issue. If verified, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
     

2. Non-Perishable or Packaged Goods

For sealed, shelf-stable items:

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the product is:
     
    • Incorrect (not what you ordered)
       
    • Defective or expired at the time of delivery
       
  • The item must be unopened and in original packaging.
     
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
     

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, unless they have already been processed or prepared for delivery.
     
  • To request a cancellation, call or email us immediately with your order number.
     

4. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
     
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
     
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital code valid for use on www.arbatgrocery.com.
